Stone named CCC Setter of the Week

Southern Oregon junior Lindsay Stone has been named the Cascade Conference Setter of the Week.

Stone, an All-American as a sophomore, led the Raiders to a 2-1 record last week - including conference victories over Evergreen State and Northwest University. SOU is now 3-1 in conference play and 5-7 overall.

Stone had 31 assists in a non-conference setback to NCAA Division II Western Oregon and then had 22 assists against both Evergreen and Northwest.

Stone leads the Cascade Conference with an 8.71 assist per set average.

The Raiders return home this weekend to host Concordia on Friday and Corban on Saturday.
